Q: Can I install these lights myself? A: Yes! Our Architect Series downlights come with quick-connectors and a junction box. If you have basic DIY skills, you can do it. However, for large projects, we recommend a professional electrician.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: We ship directly from our high-tech factory. Typically, orders arrive within 7-12 business days via air freight.
Q: What if the light arrives broken? A: Don't worry. Just email us a photo of the damage at support@zyshen.com. We will send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the broken item.
Q: Do you offer a warranty? A: Yes, all ZYSHEN lights come with a 2-Year "No-Flicker" Warranty.
